The European Outdoor Film Tour is a Joint Venture of the Mammut Sportsgroup, W.L.Gore and Associates and Moving Adventures Medien. 1. Intellectual property rights
1.1 All materials on the Site are protected by copyright, which is owned and/or controlled by Moving Adventures and its licensors. Permission is granted only to electronically copy and/or print in hard copy portions of the Site for personal non-commercial purposes. Any other use of the materials on the Site (including but not limited to making such material available on any other website, online service, bulletin board or networked computer environment) is strictly prohibited.
1.2 All trade marks, service marks, trade names, branding and logos on the Site identifying the E.O.F.T., its licensors and/or their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks owned by the E.O.F.T., Moving Adventures and/or its licensors. Moving Adventures reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to fully co-operate with Moving Adventures defence of such claim.

5.1 Please note that nothing in these terms of use shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor operate to exclude or limit our liability for fraud or for damage resulting from our negligence.
5.2 The content of the Site, any dispute arising out of the Site and your relationship with us is governed by German law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts (save in relation to the enforcement of judgments where such jurisdiction shall be non-exclusive). The Site is operated from Germany.

We collect personal information from you when you register yourself on our website or make purchases via our website, enter into any of our competitions or promotions, submit a customer review or correspond with us at any time.
